You can order your precious pies via Pies By Post right now with the first dispatch of delicious pies going out to hungry households on 24th January. The last day you can order is 2nd February, with the final dispatch date being 7th February.
If you have a microwave, remove your pie from the base and place in the microwave for approximately 50-60 seconds (depending on the power of your microwave). We've found this helps to bring the filling to life. Then pop it into the oven at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes.
If you don't have a microwave, place directly into a preheated oven at 180°C for a minimum of 20 minutes.
Please always ensure that the pie filling is piping hot and (if you have a food thermometer) is heated to at least 74°C.
